Chemical Dependency Services

Catholic Charities Community Services of Orange County is committed to maintaining the highest quality of clinical care.  Our goal is to help individuals build a psychological, physical, and spiritual foundation to ensure a lasting recovery.  All of our treatment services are individualized and allow for the frequency and intensity of care to be adjusted according to the clinical needs of each individual seeking help.  Our staff includes licensed/credentialed: psychiatrists, nurses, social workers, counselors, and licensed mental health practitioners.

Our outpatient programs provide comprehensive state-of-the-art, evidence based treatment for adolescents and adults who suffer from addictive disorders.  Family members are eligible for and encouraged to participate in therapy.

We believe that recovery from chemical dependency requires a holistic approach.  Psycho-education, psychotherapy, and the development linkages to community resources are just some of the tools utilized by our multi-cultural, interdisciplinary professionals.

We believe that attention to the nuances of culture, language, and sexual identity has a positive impact on the treatment and recovery process.  Additionally, our experience points to the high correlation and interconnectivity between child abuse and neglect, trauma, mental health, and substance use disorders.  Therefore, we adopt a specialized approach in the assessment of and treatment for all individuals to better determine the interplay of these issues.

Clinical services are offered in both English and Spanish.  Services are available five days/four evenings a week.
